Where security and screen from view are your requirements, HiSec SR1 Louvre offers a minimum delay against forced entry thanks to its certification to A1 (SR1) from both LPS 1175 and Secured by Design. Manufactured from either 4mm or 6mm vertical and 4mm horizontal wires at mesh apertures of 76.2 x 12.7mm it helps prevent climbing due to the reduced mesh size.

The addition of our patent pending louvre panel system offers screen from view protection for secure areas and sites that prevents surveillance from outside the fence line. Louvres are installed at 4in intervals allowing you to have vision gaps in the panel or have a taller fence with louvres to a certain height. Offering you flexibility in your threat mitigation and detection. All louvres can be finished in a wide range of PPC finishes to match the existing fence line or RAL 7040 for galvanised only fencing systems manufactured from GalZal wire.

HiSec SR1 Louvre is a variation on our LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) Fencing system covered under certification 1164d/04 (HIS-SR1 #9) to issue 8, which provides the latest testing against forced entry. HiSec SR1 Loure can be used with a range of fence toppings and integrated solutions to provide a full turnkey high-security solution. Pedestrian and Vehicle gates are also available to match the fence line.

ArmaSade is a retrofit palisade fencing solution, designed using existing palisade framework and posts and replacing the pales with Zaun’s unique high security woven mesh ArmaWeave. This innovative high-security upgrade to steel Palisade fencing has been designed, developed and manufactured in our own factory in Wolverhampton using an ingenious fastening system which allows installers to fix ArmaWeave high-security mesh fencing panels to the existing posts, without any civils required.

Palisade posts installed to British Standard 1722 are sufficient to support the upgraded ArmaWeave panels as the wind loading is almost identical. In addition, each fixing uses the existing bolt holes in the horizontal rails, so all that is needed is to drill six holes in the posts to secure vertical clamping members.

The vertical members can be extended to allow for a wide range of toppings, including concertina razor wire and electric fencing. As ArmaWeave is self-raking, it mimics the functionality of the Palisade, and the panels can be manufactured to match the height of the existing Palisade fencing.

ArmaSade retrofit palisade is also eco-friendly and highly cost-effective. It requires minimal groundwork, no spoilage and no plant to dig holes due to the utilisation of the existing posts and concrete foundations, making installation quicker and easier.

This retrofit palisade solution can also be installed bay by bay, ensuring the site is safe and secure during the installation.

ArmaSade retrofit Palisade is ideal for sensitive sites in the rail, utilities, nuclear, data centre and industrial sectors and where costs and access are restricted. The removal of the palisade pales, and replacement of ArmaWeave provide the site with a highly secure fenceline with superior visibility for CCTV and intrusion detection.

CorruSec D10 (SR4) fencing is a patent-pending innovative high-security fencing system designed and developed by Zaun. Independently tested by BRE and entered into the RED BOOK, CorruSec D10 SR4 Fencing successfully passed and achieved the security rating LPS1175 SR4 under issue 7 and D10 under issue 8.

A unique construction specifically designed to provide a minimum delay time of at least 10 minutes when independently tested following the BRE SR4 testing protocol. The specially configured mesh system has been independently tested to defeat various attack methods, including hand and power tools. Ideal for protecting assets, including water utility sites, oil and gas compounds, data centres, and other critical, national importance (CNI). The robust fencing solution also provides good visibility for use with CCTV camera systems.

CorruSec D10 (SR4) is configured using HiSec Super 10 to the front and rear panels and a corrugated HiSec 3/5/10 mesh panel in the centre. Each flat panel features a 76.2mm x 12.7mm mesh configuration with 4mm horizontal and 10mm vertical wires. In addition, a buried version of CorruSec D10 (SR4) is available, where the rear HiSec Super 10 panel is replaced with standard HiSec 358.  Whichever configuration is used, care must be taken with weed suppression to ensure weeds cannot grow inside the fence.  This would apply to ANY multi-layer fence from any supplier.  The corrugated section was pressed to approximately 80mm in depth. All three layers are bolted together using bolts fixed into a grid pattern throughout the combined fence panel.

At a minimum height of 2.8 metres high, CorruSec D10 (SR4) features a maximum corrugated infill of 2.4 metres high. Supplied with widths of 2.5 metres with 2540mm post centres with a double row of fixings. Posts designed using 80x80mm SHS and available in either bolt down or in-ground post options. Full panel assembly fixed to the posts using 80mm full height clamp bars with fixing centres of 9 inches (228.6mm).

CorruSec SR3 fencing is a patent-pending innovative high-security perimeter fencing solution that has been designed and developed by Zaun. Independently tested by BRE and entered into the RED BOOK, CorruSec SR3 Fencing successfully passed and achieved LPS1175 SR3 rating under issue 7 and D10 under issue 8.

The unique construction has been specifically designed to provide a minimum delay time of at least 5 minutes when tested per the LPS1775 SR3 (D10) toolkit. The specially configured mesh system has been independently tested to defeat various attack methods, including hand and power tools. CorruSec SR3 fencing is configured using anti-climb HiSec 3/5/10, with flat front and rear panels and a corrugated mesh panel in the centre. Each panel features a 76.2mm x 12.7mm mesh configuration with 3mm horizontal and vertical wires. The corrugated section is pressed to approximately 100mm in depth. All three layers are bolted together using bolts fixed into a grid pattern throughout the combined fence panel.

HiSec Prison fencing is NOMs approved security mesh fencing system designed specifically for use on the perimeter of prisons and mental health units (MHUs).

Each panel is manufactured using the popular ‘358‘ mesh configuration, with 76.2mm x 12.7mm wire centres. The close mesh configuration makes this mesh fencing system an excellent solution to stop people from getting a foot or finger hold within the apertures of the fence to scale or climb.

Manufactured with 4mm vertical wires and 4mm horizontal wires, the denseness and size of the wires provide a barrier that is difficult to pass narcotics, weapons, mobile phones and other contraband through the fence whilst also ensuring the occupants of the secure unit are kept safely and securely within the grounds of the institution.

These features and attributes make HiSec Prison an ideal solution for security applications, reflected by its use by the UK Home Office and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) for prison facilities in the UK.

Each HiSec Prison 358 welded mesh panel is typically manufactured in 2515mm wide x 5200mm high panels (other heights are available upon request) from pre-galvanised steel wire to BS EN 10244-2 class A Zn95AL5 standards (GalZal®). This galvanised coating specification makes HiSec Prison a relatively maintenance-free fencing system.

Panels are fixed to NOMs, and the Ministry of Justice approved circular posts using full-length clamp bars and fixing bolts. Each panel is fixed to the inside or secure side of the posts to prevent tampering.

For additional security, it is recommended that HiSec Prison is also installed with the NOMS and Ministry of Justice Approved fence topping FST®. Steel cladding, Privacy Screening and double skin enhancements are also available for additional protection.

HiSec Super 6 358 mesh was developed in consultation with the Home Office. Protecting Critical National Infrastructure requires a fencing system that can defend against the latest threats. HiSec Super 6 by Zaun provides maximum protection thanks to its 6mm vertical wires that offer a significant deterrent against any form of attack. It is certified to LPS 1175 A1 (SR1).

The 2518mm panels are overlapped and clamped with a 40 x 5mm flat bar which is fixed with security through bolts, giving a maximum post centre of 2440mm.

The 4mm horizontal wires remain the same as the standard HiSec 358 mesh; however, the vertical wires are at 6mm diameter rather than the standard 4mm. The mesh pattern remains 76.2mm x 12.7mm, providing excellent visibility for use with CCTV cameras and other detection technology.

Supplied with tamper-proof fixings and full-length clamp bars to provide additional security for any intruders trying to break into the fence line. Typically supplied with panels overlapping at the post, but also available in a double-slotted clamp bar version if required.

HiSec Super 6 358 can also be used with a range of fence toppings and integrated solutions to provide a full turnkey high-security solution. Pedestrian and vehicle gates are also available to match the fence line.

HiSec SR2 Rated Fencing (B3 Rated Fencing under Issue 8) has been developed by Zaun in consultation with the Home Office as our premier high-security system. Aimed at high profile and sensitive sites requiring the greatest perimeter protection.

The HiSec SR2 Rated Fencing solution is based on the original 358 HiSec system but is even stronger. HiSec SR2 is manufactured with 4mm horizontal wires and 10mm diameter vertical wires with 76.2mm spacings, providing a strong barrier to anyone trying to gain unauthorised access to a site.

The SR2 rated fencing system has also achieved Secured by Design accreditation from the Association of Chief Police Officers and Security Rating certification to LPS1175 and entry into the Red Book from the Buildings Research Establishment (BRE), achieving the security rating B3 under issue 8 (SR2 under issue 7).

HiSec SR2 uses the RHS post configuration with a full-length clamp bar and stainless steel through bolts, washers and nuts to leave no weakness in the fence line. Slotted fixing holes ensure the installation is easy and leaves a neat, flush fitting.

Despite all this, HiSec SR2 presents a value solution that negates the need for a double skin 358 system or any additional clamp bars or fixings that you wouldn’t expect in a standard mesh fencing system. Additionally, this keeps installation costs down to a minimum.

HiSec SR2 can also be used with a range of fence toppings and integrated solutions to provide a full turnkey high-security solution. Pedestrian and vehicle gates are also available to match the fence line.

HiSec SR1 fence from Zaun uses the popular 358 welded mesh configuration. Ideal for use in applications where Secured by Design accreditation is required. Therefore, the HiSec SR1 fence system attributes make it an excellent solution for perimeter security applications, including schools, utility suppliers, or anywhere required physical security protection.

The HiSec SR1 fences use the tight 76.2 x 12.7mm mesh configuration, making it difficult to get a finger hold within the apertures to scale and climb the fencing without climbing aids.

HiSec SR1 fence panels are available in 2.0, 2.4 and 3.0 metres in height. Installed using stainless steel tamper-resistant fixings, the result is a rigid perimeter fence that offers a high degree of vandal resistance and an extremely high level of visibility, ideal for use with CCTV and other detection systems.

The HiSec SR1 fence system offers the same product benefits as the standard HiSec, but with added security. In addition, manufacturing is subject to stringent quality control, which means all fences are uniformly high quality.

This system conforms to BS 1722: Part 14: Category 4 and carries certification to LPS 1175 SR1 (under LPS1175 issue 7) and A1 (under LPS1175 issue 8). This is required for Secured by Design and featured in the BRE Red Book.

Zaun’s HiSec 358 security fencing system uses the popular ‘358’ welded mesh configuration. The close mesh (76.2 x 12.7mm) formation provides anti-climb properties that ensure it is almost impossible to get fingers within the apertures to scale and climb the fence without climbing aids. The attributes of the 358 mesh configuration make it an excellent solution for security applications.

Each panel is overlapped at the post and fixed and secured by a full-length clamp bar and secure fixing. This fixing method makes levering the panels away from the post very difficult. This ensures a quick and easy installation around the perimeter and protects against would-be intruders.

Due to our leading system technologies and in-house manufacturing, the 358 security mesh system is available up to 7 metres in height in a single panel.

To ensure we can supply a complete, single solution, pedestrian and vehicle access solutions have been carefully designed to address both aesthetic requirements and maintain the same security level of the mesh.

HiSec 358 mesh system is also ideal for integrating with CCTV, PIDs and security topping enhancements such as barb and razor coils, all of which can be supplied as part of a complete turnkey solution.

Zaun’s ArmaWeave® woven mesh high-security fencing has been designed specifically to be installed on sites of critical national importance (CNI). The fencing system offers a more substantial delay from attack from hand and power tools than other traditional welded mesh fencing systems. Thanks to its tighter mesh pattern of 17mm x 17mm and use of high tensile steel wires.

This tight woven mesh pattern offers no climbing aids and provides little room for blades and cutting tools to attack the fabric of the fence. The unique properties of the ArmaWeave® system means that this fencing system has the ability to rake. Thus, limiting the need for stepping panels on slopes and reducing installation costs significantly compared with standard welded mesh systems. Yet, still conforming to the highest-rated standards for fencing products defending against forcible attack.

ArmaWeave has also been tested and approved by the MoD to use most of the market-leading PID Systems. ArmaWeave® fencing also offers seamless integration with detection systems, including PIDs, CCTV and topping enhancements.
